Hyaluronic Acid Serum by Sieva {Review}

Ever heard of Hyaluronic Acid? If you still haven't, Hyaluronic Acid is capable of boosting moisture levels and minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Notice how baby's skin is soft and smooth? That's because babies' skin contains a lot of this acid that locks in moisture. As we get older, our bodies produce less and less of HA, making our skin dry and lose its elasticity. Today, I'm so glad to be reviewing Sieva's Hyaluronic Acid because this is not just an ordinary serum. Vitamin C was added to help ditch free radicals and repair damaged skin.

My Opinion

The serum has a very mild floral scent that I like. Actually, I smell a hint of lavender and it smells really nice. Unlike other serums, this one is a little sticky. It's easy to apply though, and it dries up quickly. Best of all, I love that it does not leave an oily look.

I've been using it for almost a week and I can feel that my skin is well hydrated. It feels soft and very smooth to the touch. I also noticed that it's firmer and my sun spots are less visible. I'm not sure if the serum works to brighten dark spots, but I did notice that mine improved slightly.

So far, I like the results I am getting from the serum and I will continue to use it over the next few weeks. If you're looking for a product to hydrate the skin and make it firmer, this one is worth giving a try.

My Thoughts

I received three makeup palettes; Liam, Zayn and Harry. Each palette has the same makeup. The colors are sparkly and bold and as you can see in the photos, they are nicely packed. The tins look expensive and the photos of each of the band member made them more attractive. Teens and adults alike will surely fall in love with this makeup.

The makeup is very gentle to the skin and even hours after application, it didn't melt or form into a cake. It's long lasting and it works on all skin types.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience with this makeup. If you still haven't thought of presents for your teens or friends and family who love makeup, this would make a perfect gift.

Makeup By One Direction Electro Glam Mascara {Review}

A few months back, I was given the opportunity to review the Makeup by One Direction, which launched last August. Makeup from One Direction is fun, bold, often irreverent, with a touch of cheeky mischievousness. My Thoughts

The colors of the mascaras are so vivid, your eyes will definitely be the center of attention when you wear any of those. I chose the Shock of Blue to sample. It's easy to apply and it has a nice consistency. It dries up pretty fast, too. Each comes with a nice brush that spreads the mascara evenly on the lashes. My lashes didn't stick together and even hours after application, it didn't flake.

The Liquilights Glow Gloss is definitely a stunner. Each shade sparkles during daytime and changes color when used after dark. This is great for the young and old alike who loves to party or for those who wants to stand out. It can be worn alone or you can blend it with a lipstick for a bolder look.

As for the nail kit, it rocks! The colors are bright and sparkly and you can make them even more glittery with the glitter toppings.

Recommendation

Overall, I had a wonderful experience with the mascara, lip gloss and the nail varnishes. It brought me back to the time when I was still very young and daring with my makeup. This would definitely make a great gift, especially to teens who not only love the boy band, but who loves makeup as well.

My Thoughts

I have a small gap in my right eyebrow and I've been trying to cover it up for years. I got it from chicken pox during my childhood, so I was really very excited when I found out that I will be reviewing the brow tint.

I like that it is very easy to apply. With just one stroke, I was able to tint, fill and sculpt my eyebrow. It's a good thing that Lashem concentrated on making an effective applicator. It evenly fills the gap and it distributes the gel perfectly. I didn't have smudges even if my hand was a little shaky.

Hours after I've applied it, my brows are still looking great. They look thicker and healthier. My brows stayed in place for hours and the gel didn't flake when it dried up.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience with the brow tint. It's flake-proof, smudge-proof and it's Paraben-free which means no harsh chemical was added to make the product.

I immediately took a whiff from each jar and as soon as I opened the jar of candy cane, the wonderful aroma of mint and the hint of sweetness filled the air. To think that I didn't light it up, yet. The same goes with the Christmas Tree and Gingerbread.

It was the Christmas Tree candle that I lit up and the whole living room smelled of fresh pine. It burned clean and my house definitely smelled like Christmas!

How to use

My Opinion

After reading through the directions, the InstaWave curling iron seemed easy enough to use. It only took me a few tries to figure out how to get my niece's hair started on the machine.

This one is a little different than other curling irons because you hold this vertically instead of horizontally. Surprisingly, it is easier when you hold it like that. It also didn't take me long to curl my niece's long hair. It took only 10 seconds to get a curl in her hair using the high heat setting. And before I knew it, I was already done with her hair.

The next day, her hair is still looking fab. I never thought the curls would last that long. Many of the waves can't be seen the day after with other curling irons. With the InstaWave curling iron, the curls are still very much visible.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience with this curling iron. It's so easy to use and you get salon-quality curls in seconds. I definitely recommend this.
